I wasted most of my 20s.
Here's why I'm telling you about it.
I wasted most of my twenties. Not in the dramatic, movie-trailer kind of way. No rock bottom moment. No single event broke me.
It was worse than that. It was slow. Invisible. A loop I didn’t even know I was stuck in.
Wake up late. Scroll. Eat whatever. Stay up till 2AM doing nothing meaningful. Repeat. For years.
The worst part was that I thought I was just fine.

I’m in my early 30s now. And I’m writing this for a very specific reason.
I know a lot of you reading this are in your 20s. Or going through a rough stretch. Maybe the worst one yet. And I know what that feels like because I lived it.
Here’s what nobody told me back then…
When I was 25, something shifted.
Not overnight. Not because of a podcast or a viral tweet. I just got tired of my own patterns. Tired of starting things on Monday and quitting by Wednesday. Tired of watching other people build the life I kept telling myself I’d “figure out eventually.”
So I started researching. Obsessively.
Sleep. Sunlight. Movement. Nutrition. Stress.
The 5 things that quietly control everything.
Your energy, your focus, your mood, your drive.
I didn’t read about them to sound smart.
I read about them because I was desperate.
And slowly…things started changing.
Now. I’m not gonna sit here and tell you I’ve figured everything out. I haven’t.
I’m incredibly burnt out from work. I’m struggling to lose weight. My sleep schedule’s a mess. [Imagine living with a toddler with unpredictable sleep cycles].
But here’s what I do know:
I know which daily habits will genuinely move the needle for men.
I know what happens to your body when you get 20 minutes of morning sunlight for 30 days straight.
I know what consistent sleep does to your decision-making.
I know what 90 days of showing up, even badly, looks like on the other side.

This is where I document what I’m learning. From real research, real experiments, and real data. About what it actually takes to reset your life when everything feels stuck.
Some of it will be science. Some of it will be personal. All of it will be honest.
